Ingredients
- 13 ripe bananas(360g)
- 250 g sugar(50g)
- 32 eggs(100g)
- 41 teaspoon vanilla sugar or vanilla extract(4g)
- 5120 g melted butter(120g)
- 6250 g wheat flour(250g)
- 70.5 teaspoon baking powder(2g)
- 81 pinch salt(1g)
- 90.5 teaspoon cinnamon(1g)
- 101 banana (for decoration)(120g)
- 1130 g chopped chocolate(30g)
- 1220 g sliced almonds(20g)
Instructions
- 1Mash the ripe bananas with a fork in a large bowl.
- 2Add sugar, vanilla sugar or vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix well.
- 3Pour in the melted butter and mix.
- 4Sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
- 5Add a pinch of salt.
- 6Optionally, add chopped chocolate and cinnamon. Mix gently.
- 7Pour the batter into a baking tin lined with parchment paper.
- 8Optionally, sprinkle with sliced almonds and place half a banana on top for decoration.
- 9Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 10Let cool before slicing and serving.
