Ingredients

  • 13 ripe bananas(360g)
  • 250 g sugar(50g)
  • 32 eggs(100g)
  • 41 teaspoon vanilla sugar or vanilla extract(4g)
  • 5120 g melted butter(120g)
  • 6250 g wheat flour(250g)
  • 70.5 teaspoon baking powder(2g)
  • 81 pinch salt(1g)
  • 90.5 teaspoon cinnamon(1g)
  • 101 banana (for decoration)(120g)
  • 1130 g chopped chocolate(30g)
  • 1220 g sliced almonds(20g)

Instructions

  1. 1Mash the ripe bananas with a fork in a large bowl.
  2. 2Add sugar, vanilla sugar or vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. 3Pour in the melted butter and mix.
  4. 4Sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
  5. 5Add a pinch of salt.
  6. 6Optionally, add chopped chocolate and cinnamon. Mix gently.
  7. 7Pour the batter into a baking tin lined with parchment paper.
  8. 8Optionally, sprinkle with sliced almonds and place half a banana on top for decoration.
  9. 9Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
