Ingredients
- 11 cup full cream milk(240g)
- 21 tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar(15g)
Instructions
- 1Stir lemon juice or vinegar into milk.
- 2Let sit 10 minutes at room temperature.
- 3It will slightly thicken and look lightly curdled.
- 4Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
- 5Use for fluffy pancakes, fried chicken marinade, red velvet cake, biscuits.
