Ribeye Platter with Loaded Baked Potato and Roasted Asparagus

- 11 piece Ribeye steak(300g)
- 21 piece Potato(250g)
- 30.25 cup Cheddar cheese(28g)
- 40.25 cup Bacon bits(30g)
- 52 tablespoon Green onion(12g)
- 62 tablespoon Butter(28g)
- 78 spears Asparagus(80g)
- 81 tablespoon Olive oil(14g)
- 91 teaspoon Salt(5g)
- 100.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Rub ribeye steak with salt, black pepper, and a little olive oil.
- 3Cook ribeye steak in a hot skillet or grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- 4Bake potato in the oven for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- 5Slice baked potato open and top with butter, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and green onion.
- 6Toss asparagus spears with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
- 7Serve ribeye steak with loaded baked potato and roasted asparagus on a plate.
