Easy Crockpot Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 11 box elbow macaroni(454g)
- 21 block Velveeta cheese(454g)
- 32 cup whole milk(480g)
- 41 cup whipping cream(240g)
- 51 pound shredded three cheese blend (or cheddar)(454g)
- 61 teaspoon black pepper(2g)
- 71 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 80.5 cup bacon bits(60g)
Instructions
- 1Add the uncooked elbow macaroni to the crockpot.
- 2Cut the block of Velveeta cheese into cubes and add to the crockpot.
- 3Pour in the whole milk and whipping cream, ensuring the noodles are fully submerged.
- 4Add the shredded three cheese blend (or cheddar) to the crockpot.
- 5Season with black pepper and salt.
- 6Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- 7Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on high for 2 hours, stirring halfway through.
- 8Check after 1 hour, stir to help the cheese melt evenly, and continue cooking until the pasta is tender and the cheese is fully melted.
- 9Once cooked, stir in bacon bits.
- 10Serve hot and enjoy.
