- 131 cup grated mozzarella cheese(100g)

Instructions
- 1Place the ground beef in a pan and cook until its color changes.
- 2Add the chopped onion, green pepper, and red bell pepper. Cook until softened.
- 3Add the chopped tomato and tomato paste. Stir and cook for a few minutes.
- 4Add salt, black pepper, and water. Bring to a boil.
- 5Break the lasagna sheets by hand and place them over the sauce.
- 6Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the lasagna sheets are soft.
- 7Gently stir and add grated mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley.
- 8Cook until the cheese melts.
- 9Serve hot.
