- 14 bell peppers(480g)
- 2400 g lean beef mince(400g)
- 3150 g cooked rice(150g)
- 41 tin chopped tomatoes (canned)(400g)
- 51 teaspoon paprika(2g)
- 61 teaspoon garlic granules(3g)
- 71 to taste salt(2g)
- 81 to taste pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 190°C.
- 2Brown mince with seasonings.
- 3Add tomatoes and rice, mix well.
- 4Fill peppers and bake for 20 minutes.
