Simple Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 12 cup Broccoli florets(150g)
- 21 Carrot(60g)
- 31 Red bell pepper(120g)
- 42 tablespoon Soy sauce(30g)
- 51 tablespoon Olive oil(13.5g)
- 62 Garlic clove(6g)
Instructions
- 1Wash and chop the broccoli, carrot, and red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- 2Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- 3Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4Add the broccoli, carrot, and red bell pepper to the skillet.
- 5Stir-fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- 6Add soy sauce and stir well to coat the vegetables.
- 7Cook for another 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat and serve.
