Ingredients

  • 12 cup Broccoli florets(150g)
  • 21 Carrot(60g)
  • 31 Red bell pepper(120g)
  • 42 tablespoon Soy sauce(30g)
  • 51 tablespoon Olive oil(13.5g)
  • 62 Garlic clove(6g)

Instructions

  1. 1Wash and chop the broccoli, carrot, and red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. 4Add the broccoli, carrot, and red bell pepper to the skillet.
