Ingredients

  • 11.5 cup vanilla yogurt(360g)
  • 21.5 cup chopped strawberries(225g)
  • 31 tablespoon honey(21g)
  • 47 ounce dark chocolate(200g)
  • 52 tablespoon freeze dried strawberries(6g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon sea salt flakes(2g)

Instructions

  1. 1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix vanilla yogurt, chopped strawberries, and honey until well combined.
  3. 3Spoon small clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. 4Freeze the clusters for about 1-2 hours or until solid.
  5. 5Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. 6Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
  7. 7Place the chocolate-coated clusters back on the baking sheet.
  8. 8Sprinkle with freeze dried strawberries or sea salt flakes if desired.
  9. 9Return to the freezer for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate is set.
