Strawberry Yogurt Clusters
Ingredients
- 11.5 cup vanilla yogurt(360g)
- 21.5 cup chopped strawberries(225g)
- 31 tablespoon honey(21g)
- 47 ounce dark chocolate(200g)
- 52 tablespoon freeze dried strawberries(6g)
- 60.5 teaspoon sea salt flakes(2g)
Instructions
- 1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a bowl, mix vanilla yogurt, chopped strawberries, and honey until well combined.
- 3Spoon small clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- 4Freeze the clusters for about 1-2 hours or until solid.
- 5Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- 6Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
- 7Place the chocolate-coated clusters back on the baking sheet.
- 8Sprinkle with freeze dried strawberries or sea salt flakes if desired.
- 9Return to the freezer for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate is set.
- 10Serve frozen and enjoy.
