Dutch Bros Golden Eagle with Strawberry Soft Top (Copycat)
Ingredients
- 12 pump vanilla syrup(20g)
- 21.5 tablespoon caramel sauce(30g)
- 33 teaspoon instant espresso powder(6g)
- 44 ounce hot water(120g)
- 512 ounce half and half(360g)
- 63 tablespoon heavy whipping cream(45g)
- 72 tablespoon 2% milk(30g)
- 81 tablespoon strawberry syrup(20g)
Instructions
- 1Add 2 pumps of vanilla syrup and 1.5 tablespoons of caramel sauce to a mixing cup.
- 2Add 3 teaspoons of instant espresso powder and 4 ounces of hot water.
- 3Use a frother to mix the espresso, syrups, and caramel sauce until well combined.
- 4Pour 12 ounces of half and half into a 24-ounce cup, leaving room at the top.
- 5Pour the coffee mixture into the cup with half and half.
- 6In a separate container, combine 3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream, 2 tablespoons of 2% milk, and 1 tablespoon of strawberry syrup.
- 7Froth the cream, milk, and strawberry syrup mixture until fluffy.
- 8Pour the strawberry soft top mixture over the coffee drink.
- 9Serve immediately.
