- 31 cup Milk(240g)
- 40.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
- 52 tablespoon Butter(28g)
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
- 2Add the eggs and milk, and mix until smooth.
- 3Melt the butter and stir it into the batter.
- 4Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 5Pour a portion of the batter into the pan and cook until golden on both sides.
- 6Repeat with the remaining batter.
