Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2Cut the wheat tortillas into strips like noodles.
  3. 3Slice the sweet ham into large pieces.
  4. 4In a bowl, mix the tortillas, ham, mozzarella, provolone, and eggs.
