- 14 tablespoon butter(56g)
- 24 bananas(480g)
- 3100 g brown sugar(100g)
- 41 teaspoon cinnamon(2.5g)
- 51 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 6200 ml water(200g)
Instructions
- 1Slice the bananas.
- 2Add bananas, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to a pan over low heat.
- 3Stir until everything melts together and bananas start to soften, about 2 minutes.
- 4Add half the water and let it simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- 5Pour in the remaining water and simmer for another 5 minutes until thick and glossy.
- 6Take off the heat, cool slightly, then blend into a smooth sauce.
