Ingredients

  • 14 tablespoon butter(56g)
  • 24 bananas(480g)
  • 3100 g brown sugar(100g)
  • 41 teaspoon cinnamon(2.5g)
  • 51 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 6200 ml water(200g)

Instructions

  1. 1Slice the bananas.
  2. 2Add bananas, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to a pan over low heat.
  3. 3Stir until everything melts together and bananas start to soften, about 2 minutes.
  4. 4Add half the water and let it simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  5. 5Pour in the remaining water and simmer for another 5 minutes until thick and glossy.
  6. 6Take off the heat, cool slightly, then blend into a smooth sauce.
