Ingredients
- 1150 g dark chocolate(150g)
- 22 tablespoon parve Nutella(40g)
- 31 tablespoon sugar(12g)
- 4100 ml coconut cream(100g)
Instructions
- 1In a small pot, combine all ingredients.
- 2Heat gently over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- 3Strain the ganache through a fine sieve for a silky texture.
- 4Pour over the cooled cake and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
