Ingredients
- 1300 g Light Greek Yoghurt(300g)
- 25 Eggs(250g)
- 330 g Cornflour(30g)
- 420 g Zero Sugar Maple Syrup(20g)
- 55 g Powdered Sugar (optional)(5g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 185°C (350°F).
- 2In a large bowl, mix together the light Greek yoghurt, eggs, cornflour, and zero sugar maple syrup until smooth.
- 3Pour the mixture into a baking dish or oven-safe pan.
- 4Bake for 55 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
- 5Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- 6Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
- 7Slice and serve.
