Ingredients

  • 1300 g Light Greek Yoghurt(300g)
  • 25 Eggs(250g)
  • 330 g Cornflour(30g)
  • 420 g Zero Sugar Maple Syrup(20g)
  • 55 g Powdered Sugar (optional)(5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 185°C (350°F).
  2. 2In a large bowl, mix together the light Greek yoghurt, eggs, cornflour, and zero sugar maple syrup until smooth.
  3. 3Pour the mixture into a baking dish or oven-safe pan.
  4. 4Bake for 55 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
  5. 5Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  6. 6Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
  7. 7Slice and serve.
