- 14 flour tortilla(240g)
- 20.5 cup Cheese Whiz(120g)
- 31 cup Fritos corn chips(60g)
- 41 pound ground beef(454g)
- 50.5 packet taco seasoning(18g)
- 61 cup cooked white rice(185g)
- 71 cup mixed chili beans, drained(175g)
- 81 cup Mexican style shredded cheese blend(113g)
- 93 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted(42g)
- 101 sheet parchment paper(5g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2Lay out the 4 flour tortillas on a flat surface.
- 3Spread Cheese Whiz evenly over each tortilla.
- 4Microwave the tortillas with Cheese Whiz for about 1 minute, in 30-second increments, until the cheese is melted.
- 5Sprinkle Fritos corn chips over the cheese layer on each tortilla.
- 6Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- 7Add half the taco seasoning packet to the beef and mix well.
- 8Spoon a generous amount of seasoned beef onto each tortilla.
- 9Add a layer of cooked white rice over the beef.
- 10Spoon a small amount of drained mixed chili beans on top of the rice.
- 11Sprinkle Mexican style shredded cheese blend over the beans.
- 12Fold and roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to form burritos.
- 13Place the burritos seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 14Melt the butter and mix in the remaining taco seasoning.
- 15Brush the seasoned butter mixture over the tops of the burritos.
- 16Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
- 17Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then cut and serve.
