Sourdough French Toast Breakfast Plate
Ingredients
- 11 slice sourdough bread(40g)
- 21 piece egg(50g)
- 360 g greek yogurt(60g)
- 430 g blackberries(30g)
- 51 piece chicken sausage patty(50g)
- 61 tablespoon maple syrup(20g)
Instructions
- 1Dip sourdough bread in beaten egg and cook on a skillet until golden on both sides.
- 2Fry egg over easy.
- 3Cook chicken sausage patty according to package instructions.
- 4Serve French toast with Greek yogurt and blackberries.
- 5Add egg and sausage patty to the plate.
- 6Drizzle with real maple syrup.
