Salad with Bresaola, Arugula, Tomato, and Burrata
Ingredients
- 12 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
- 21 tablespoon balsamic vinegar(15g)
- 30.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 40.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 51 burrata cheese(125g)
- 62 cup arugula(40g)
- 72 tomato(240g)
- 80.25 cup basil (green and purple)(10g)
- 92 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted(16g)
Instructions
- 1Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the bottom of a serving plate.
- 2Season with a little salt and black pepper.
- 3Place the arugula on top.
- 4Add diced tomatoes over the arugula.
- 5Sprinkle with chopped basil leaves.
- 6Place the burrata cheese in the center.
- 7Top with toasted pine nuts.
- 8Add another pinch of salt and pepper, and a final drizzle of olive oil before serving.
