High Protein Meal Prep Dinner
Ingredients
- 12 piece Chicken breast(400g)
- 22 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
- 31 teaspoon Salt(6g)
- 40.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 52 cup Broccoli(180g)
- 62 cup Cooked brown rice(370g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- 3Place chicken breasts on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- 4Steam broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5Divide cooked brown rice, steamed broccoli, and baked chicken into meal prep containers.
- 6Let cool and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
