Ingredients

  • 12 piece Chicken breast(400g)
  • 22 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
  • 31 teaspoon Salt(6g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
  • 52 cup Broccoli(180g)
  • 62 cup Cooked brown rice(370g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. 2Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3Place chicken breasts on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  4. 4Steam broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
