Caramelized Banana Protein Split Bowl
Ingredients
- 11 medium Banana(118g)
- 21 spray Cooking spray(1g)
- 31 teaspoon Brown sugar(5g)
- 40.75 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt(184g)
- 50.5 scoop Vanilla whey protein(15g)
- 61 teaspoon Dark chocolate chips, melted(5g)
- 71 teaspoon Crushed peanuts(3g)
- 81 teaspoon Honey(7g)
Instructions
- 1Whip: Stir Greek yogurt and protein powder together until thick and creamy like soft serve.
- 2Slice: Cut banana in half lengthwise. Sprinkle brown sugar on cut sides.
- 3Sear: Spray a hot pan, cook banana halves sugar-side down 1–2 minutes until golden and caramelized.
- 4Bowl: Spoon protein yogurt into a bowl. Lay warm banana halves on top.
- 5Finish: Drizzle melted chocolate, crushed peanuts, and honey. Enjoy.
