Ingredients
- 11 cup Butter(227g)
- 23 cup Powdered sugar(360g)
- 32 tablespoon Milk(30g)
- 41 teaspoon Vanilla extract(5g)
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, beat the butter until smooth and creamy.
- 2Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition.
- 3Add milk and vanilla extract, and beat until the frosting is light and fluffy.
- 4If desired, add food coloring to achieve your preferred color.
- 5Use immediately to frost cakes or cupcakes, or store in the refrigerator.
