Ingredients

  • 16 banana(720g)
  • 2200 g dark chocolate(200g)
  • 36 skewer(30g)

Instructions

  1. 1Peel the bananas and cut off the tips.
  2. 2Insert a skewer into each banana.
  3. 3Place the bananas on a plate and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. 4Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over boiling water for about 5 minutes.
  5. 5Pour the melted chocolate into a glass.
  6. 6Dip each frozen banana into the melted chocolate, coating it evenly.
  7. 7Let the chocolate-covered bananas dry and set.
  8. 8Place them on a plate and serve.
