Chocolate-Covered Bananas
Ingredients
- 16 banana(720g)
- 2200 g dark chocolate(200g)
- 36 skewer(30g)
Instructions
- 1Peel the bananas and cut off the tips.
- 2Insert a skewer into each banana.
- 3Place the bananas on a plate and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- 4Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over boiling water for about 5 minutes.
- 5Pour the melted chocolate into a glass.
- 6Dip each frozen banana into the melted chocolate, coating it evenly.
- 7Let the chocolate-covered bananas dry and set.
- 8Place them on a plate and serve.
