  • 60.33 cup Sugar mixed with(67g)
  • 71 teaspoon Vanilla(4.2g)
  • 80.5 cup Butter(113g)
  • 91 cup Buttermilk(240g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. 2In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. 3Beat in the egg and vanilla.
  4. 4In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. 5Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients alternately with the buttermilk, mixing just until combined.
