Ingredients

  • 11 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder(9g)
  • 20.5 cup cold water(120g)
  • 30.5 cup hot water(120g)
  • 42 teaspoon fresh lemon juice(10g)
  • 52 teaspoon apple cider vinegar(10g)
  • 61 pinch pink Himalayan salt(0.5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Pour the cold water into a small bowl or mug.
  2. 2Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the cold water and let it sit for 2-5 minutes until it thickens and becomes spongy.
  3. 3Carefully pour the hot water into the bloomed gelatin mixture.
  4. 4Stir continuously with a whisk or spoon until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the liquid is clear.
  5. 5Add optional flavorings such as lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, or a pinch of salt and stir well.
  6. 6Serve warm immediately, ideally 15-30 minutes before a meal, or pour into a shallow dish and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to create gelatin cubes.
