- 2250 g Greek yogurt(250g)
- 32 clove garlic(6g)
- 40.25 teaspoon salt(1.5g)
- 50.13 teaspoon black pepper(0.25g)
- 61 tablespoon lemon juice(15g)
Instructions
- 1Grate half a cucumber and squeeze out excess water.
- 2Place cucumber in a bowl.
- 3Add Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- 4Mix well and set aside.
