Chipotle Seasoned Flank Steak
Ingredients
- 11 lb flank steak(454g)
- 22 tablespoon chipotle seasoning(16g)
- 31 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
- 41 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 50.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Pat the flank steak dry with paper towels.
- 2Rub both sides of the steak with olive oil.
- 3Season the steak evenly with chipotle seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- 4Let the steak rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- 5Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat.
- 6Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- 7Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- 8Slice the steak thinly against the grain and serve.
