Instructions
- 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2Add diced bell peppers and yellow onion. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- 4Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- 5Pour in pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
