170.5 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing (for serving, optional)(120g)
Instructions
1Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
3In a large bowl, toss wings with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, Badia Complete seasoning, 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning, olive oil, and baking powder until evenly coated.
4Arrange wings skin-side up on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
5Bake for 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are golden and crispy. For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes.
6While wings are baking, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
7Whisk in honey, hot sauce, 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice until smooth and glossy. Keep warm.
8Once wings are cooked and crispy, transfer to a large bowl and pour the hot honey sauce over them. Toss until fully coated.
9Serve immediately with blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side, if desired.
