Frozen Yogurt Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 12 cup mixed berries(300g)
- 21 cup greek yogurt(245g)
- 31 scoop vanilla protein powder(30g)
- 40.5 cup dark chocolate chips(85g)
- 52 teaspoon coconut oil(9g)
- 61 pinch salt(0.3g)
Instructions
- 1Clean the mixed berries thoroughly with water, a splash of vinegar, and baking soda if desired. Pat dry and set aside.
- 2Mix the greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder together until smooth.
- 3Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the protein yogurt mixture evenly into a large rectangle.
- 4Evenly distribute the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
- 5Melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil by microwaving in 30 second intervals until completely smooth.
- 6Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the fruit layer and sprinkle a pinch of salt on top.
- 7Freeze for at least 1 hour or overnight until firm.
- 8Cut into bars and serve frozen.
