Ingredients

  • 11 cup heavy cream(240g)
  • 21 can sweetened condensed milk(375g)
  • 31 can evaporated milk(340g)
  • 460 ml lime juice(60g)
  • 51 teaspoon vanilla extract(4g)
  • 6200 g vanilla cookies(200g)
  • 71 tablespoon lime zest(6g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract.
  2. 2Mix until well combined.
  3. 3Add the lime juice and mix until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
  4. 4Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture at the bottom of a rectangular or round dish.
  5. 5Arrange a layer of vanilla cookies over the cream.
  6. 6Add another layer of the cream mixture over the cookies and spread evenly.
  7. 7Repeat layers of cookies and cream until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
  8. 8Sprinkle lime zest over the top layer.
  9. 9Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  10. 10Decorate with extra cookies and lime slices if desired. Slice and serve cold.
