  • 21 cup water(240g)
  • 32 cup cheddar cheese, shredded(200g)
  • 42 pound ground beef(907g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. 3Spread the cooked ground beef evenly in a casserole dish.
  4. 4Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
  5. 5Prepare the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to package instructions, using 1 cup of water.
  6. 6Spread the biscuit batter evenly over the beef and cheese layer.
  7. 7Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
