Cheddar Bay Hamburger Casserole
Ingredients
- 11 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix(400g)
- 21 cup water(240g)
- 32 cup cheddar cheese, shredded(200g)
- 42 pound ground beef(907g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- 3Spread the cooked ground beef evenly in a casserole dish.
- 4Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
- 5Prepare the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to package instructions, using 1 cup of water.
- 6Spread the biscuit batter evenly over the beef and cheese layer.
- 7Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- 8Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuit topping is golden brown and cooked through.
- 9Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
