Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2In a blender or food processor, combine chickpeas, white beans, eggs, peanut butter, brown sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, and honey. Blend until smooth.
3Finely chop the dark and milk chocolate.
4Add the chopped chocolate to the blended mixture and stir to combine.
5Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
6Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking for a golden color on top.
7Allow to cool completely, then cut into 12 squares.
