  • 80.25 cup water(60g)
  • 90.5 cup mozzarella cheese, grated(56g)

  • 112 tablespoon crispy onions(10g)
  • 122 tablespoon green onion, sliced(10g)
  • 131 teaspoon sesame seeds(3g)

Instructions

  1. 1Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the precooked Chinese stir fry noodles and soak for 1-2 minutes until heated through. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix gochujang paste, chicken stock powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, and half of the grated parmigiana cheese.
  3. 3Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the drained noodles and pour in the sauce mixture.
  4. 4Add a little water to the bowl to get the remaining sauce and pour it into the pan.
  5. 5Pour in the single cream and stir to combine. Add more water if you prefer the noodles wetter.
  6. 6Cook for about 1 minute, stirring, until the garlic is cooked and the sauce is creamy.
  7. 7Grate in more parmigiana cheese and add black pepper. Mix well.
  8. 8Add grated mozzarella cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  9. 9Transfer the noodles to a serving bowl. Top with crispy onions, sliced green onion, and sesame seeds.
