Homemade Creamy Carbonara Style Buldak
Ingredients
- 12 pack precooked Chinese stir fry noodles (ramen)(200g)
- 21 tablespoon gochujang paste(20g)
- 31 teaspoon chicken stock powder(3g)
- 41 tablespoon soy sauce(15g)
- 52 clove garlic, minced(6g)
- 60.5 cup parmigiana cheese (or parmesan), grated(50g)
- 70.5 cup single cream(120g)
- 80.25 cup water(60g)
- 90.5 cup mozzarella cheese, grated(56g)
- 100.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
- 112 tablespoon crispy onions(10g)
- 122 tablespoon green onion, sliced(10g)
- 131 teaspoon sesame seeds(3g)
Instructions
- 1Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the precooked Chinese stir fry noodles and soak for 1-2 minutes until heated through. Drain and set aside.
- 2In a bowl, mix gochujang paste, chicken stock powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, and half of the grated parmigiana cheese.
- 3Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the drained noodles and pour in the sauce mixture.
- 4Add a little water to the bowl to get the remaining sauce and pour it into the pan.
- 5Pour in the single cream and stir to combine. Add more water if you prefer the noodles wetter.
- 6Cook for about 1 minute, stirring, until the garlic is cooked and the sauce is creamy.
- 7Grate in more parmigiana cheese and add black pepper. Mix well.
- 8Add grated mozzarella cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- 9Transfer the noodles to a serving bowl. Top with crispy onions, sliced green onion, and sesame seeds.
- 10Serve immediately.
