- 11 zucchini(250g)
- 21 egg(50g)
- 350 g grated Parmesan cheese(50g)
- 41 teaspoon salt(5g)
- 50.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 2Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess water using a clean towel.
- 3In a bowl, mix the grated zucchini, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- 4Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape each into a small round taco shell on the baking tray.
- 5Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden and the tacos are set.
- 6Let cool slightly, then carefully remove the tacos from the tray and shape them while warm if desired.
- 7Fill with your favorite toppings and serve.
