Ingredients

  • 11 Sweet potato(200g)
  • 2100 g Ground beef(100g)
  • 31 slice Cheese(20g)
  • 41 Egg(50g)
  • 50.5 cup Spinach(15g)
  • 62 tablespoon Greek yogurt(30g)

Instructions

  1. 1Peel and slice the sweet potato into rounds about 1 cm thick.
  2. 2Bake or grill the sweet potato slices until tender, about 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
  3. 3Shape the ground beef into a patty and cook on a skillet or grill until desired doneness.
  4. 4Fry or poach the egg as preferred.
  5. 5Assemble the burger: use sweet potato slices as the 'buns', add the beef patty, cheese, spinach, and egg.
  6. 6Top with Greek yogurt as a sauce.
  7. 7Serve immediately.
