- 11 Sweet potato(200g)
- 2100 g Ground beef(100g)
- 31 slice Cheese(20g)
- 41 Egg(50g)
- 50.5 cup Spinach(15g)
- 62 tablespoon Greek yogurt(30g)
Instructions
- 1Peel and slice the sweet potato into rounds about 1 cm thick.
- 2Bake or grill the sweet potato slices until tender, about 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
- 3Shape the ground beef into a patty and cook on a skillet or grill until desired doneness.
- 4Fry or poach the egg as preferred.
- 5Assemble the burger: use sweet potato slices as the 'buns', add the beef patty, cheese, spinach, and egg.
- 6Top with Greek yogurt as a sauce.
- 7Serve immediately.
