Ingredients
- 10.5 lb lean ground beef(227g)
- 20.5 teaspoon dried oregano(0.5g)
- 30.5 cup pepperoni(56g)
- 41 cup shredded mozzarella cheese(113g)
- 50.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese(56g)
- 60.25 cup grated parmesan cheese(25g)
- 71 lb pizza dough(454g)
- 80.5 cup pizza sauce(120g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and stir in half of the dried oregano.
- 3Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
- 4Spread pizza sauce down the center of the dough.
- 5Layer cooked beef, pepperoni, mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese over the sauce.
- 6Sprinkle remaining oregano on top.
- 7Cut slits along the sides of the dough and braid or fold over the filling.
- 8Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 9Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- 10Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
