Ingredients

  • 10.5 lb lean ground beef(227g)
  • 20.5 teaspoon dried oregano(0.5g)
  • 30.5 cup pepperoni(56g)
  • 41 cup shredded mozzarella cheese(113g)
  • 50.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese(56g)
  • 60.25 cup grated parmesan cheese(25g)
  • 71 lb pizza dough(454g)
  • 80.5 cup pizza sauce(120g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and stir in half of the dried oregano.
  3. 3Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  4. 4Spread pizza sauce down the center of the dough.
  5. 5Layer cooked beef, pepperoni, mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese over the sauce.
  6. 6Sprinkle remaining oregano on top.
  7. 7Cut slits along the sides of the dough and braid or fold over the filling.
  8. 8Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. 9Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  10. 10Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
