High Protein Spicy Dill Pickle Ranch
Ingredients
- 11 cup nonfat Greek yogurt(245g)
- 20.33 cup fat free milk(80g)
- 31 tablespoon light mayo(15g)
- 40.5 lemon lemon juice and zest(30g)
- 53 dill pickles(90g)
- 61 teaspoon parsley (fresh or dried)(1g)
- 71.5 teaspoon dill (fresh or dried)(2g)
- 81 small jalapeño(15g)
- 90.5 teaspoon garlic powder(1.5g)
- 100.5 teaspoon onion powder(1.5g)
- 110.5 teaspoon red pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
- 2Blend until smooth and well combined.
- 3Transfer the mixture to a mason jar.
- 4Shake the jar vigorously.
- 5Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
