- 14 piece reduced fat pork sausage(320g)
- 24 piece egg(200g)
- 34 piece English muffin(240g)
- 40.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 50.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 61 tablespoon cooking oil spray(10g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking oil.
- 2Shape the reduced fat pork sausage into 4 patties.
- 3Cook the sausage patties in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
- 4Remove the patties and set aside.
- 5Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, flipping to seal the yolk if meal prepping.
- 6Toast the English muffins.
- 7Assemble each muffin with a sausage patty and a cooked egg. Season with salt and black pepper.
- 8Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for meal prep.
