Ingredients

  • 14 piece reduced fat pork sausage(320g)
  • 24 piece egg(200g)
  • 34 piece English muffin(240g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 50.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 61 tablespoon cooking oil spray(10g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking oil.
  2. 2Shape the reduced fat pork sausage into 4 patties.
  3. 3Cook the sausage patties in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
  4. 4Remove the patties and set aside.
  5. 5Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, flipping to seal the yolk if meal prepping.
  6. 6Toast the English muffins.
  7. 7Assemble each muffin with a sausage patty and a cooked egg. Season with salt and black pepper.
