Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 12 cup chocolate cookie crumbs(240g)
- 20.5 cup butter, melted(113g)
- 31.5 cup creamy peanut butter(384g)
- 48 oz cream cheese, softened(227g)
- 51 cup powdered sugar(120g)
- 61 teaspoon vanilla extract(4g)
- 71 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped)(240g)
- 81 cup chocolate chips (melted)(175g)
- 94 Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped (for topping)(80g)
Instructions
- 1Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- 2Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- 3In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 4Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until the filling is light and fluffy.
- 5Spread the peanut butter filling evenly into the chilled crust.
- 6Pour the melted chocolate chips over the top and smooth evenly.
- 7Sprinkle chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups on top.
- 8Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours until set before slicing and serving.
