- 32 cup cabbage(140g)
- 41 carrot(60g)
- 5300 g chow mein noodles(300g)
- 61 tablespoon dark soy sauce(16g)
- 72 tablespoon light soy sauce(32g)
- 81 teaspoon sugar(4g)
- 91 tablespoon sesame oil(13g)
- 101 tablespoon Shaoxing wine(15g)
- 110.25 teaspoon white pepper(0.5g)
Instructions
- 1Slice the onion thinly.
- 2Cut green onions into 1 inch pieces and separate the whites and greens.
- 3Shred the cabbage and carrot.
- 4In a bowl, combine dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, and white pepper. Mix thoroughly to make the sauce.
- 5Boil chow mein noodles until 1 minute before al dente. Drain and rinse.
- 6Heat a pan and add a little oil. Add sliced onions and scallion whites. Cook until slightly wilted.
- 7Add shredded cabbage and carrots. Stir and cook until wilted.
- 8Add noodles, sauce, and scallion greens to the pan. Toss until the sauce thickens and the greens are wilted.
