  • 72 tablespoon light soy sauce(32g)
  • 81 teaspoon sugar(4g)
  • 91 tablespoon sesame oil(13g)
  • 101 tablespoon Shaoxing wine(15g)
  • 110.25 teaspoon white pepper(0.5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Slice the onion thinly.
  2. 2Cut green onions into 1 inch pieces and separate the whites and greens.
  3. 3Shred the cabbage and carrot.
  4. 4In a bowl, combine dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, and white pepper. Mix thoroughly to make the sauce.
  5. 5Boil chow mein noodles until 1 minute before al dente. Drain and rinse.
