Garlic Chili Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 12 cup cooked rice(340g)
- 2200 g chicken breast(200g)
- 33 garlic cloves(9g)
- 42 red chili(20g)
- 52 tablespoon soy sauce(30g)
- 62 tablespoon vegetable oil(28g)
- 72 egg(100g)
- 82 green onion(20g)
- 90.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 100.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Dice the chicken breast into small pieces.
- 2Mince the garlic and slice the red chili.
- 3Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- 4Add garlic and chili, stir-fry until fragrant.
- 5Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink.
- 6Push the chicken to one side, add eggs, and scramble until just set.
- 7Add cooked rice and mix everything together.
- 8Pour in soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
- 9Add chopped green onion, stir, and serve hot.
