Pan de Niño Envuelto (Strawberry Swiss Roll)
Ingredients
- 13 egg(150g)
- 22 teaspoon vanilla extract(8g)
- 30.5 cup granulated sugar(100g)
- 42 tablespoon vegetable oil(28g)
- 52 tablespoon milk(30g)
- 61 cup flour(120g)
- 71 teaspoon baking powder(4g)
- 80.5 teaspoon baking soda(2g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2In a bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
- 3Add vanilla extract, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and milk. Mix well.
- 4Sift in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Fold gently until just combined.
- 5Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the batter evenly.
- 6Bake for 8 minutes or until the cake is lightly golden and springs back when touched.
- 7Remove from oven and let cool slightly before filling with strawberry jam.
