Creamy Tuscan Salmon Orzo
Ingredients
- 11 fillet Salmon fillet(150g)
- 21 tablespoon Olive oil(13.5g)
- 30.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
- 40.25 teaspoon Black pepper(0.5g)
- 575 g Orzo pasta(75g)
- 62 cloves Garlic, minced(6g)
- 760 ml Double cream(60g)
- 830 g Spinach(30g)
- 920 g Sun-dried tomatoes(20g)
- 1015 g Parmesan, grated(15g)
- 115 g Fresh basil(5g)
- 120.25 teaspoon Cracked black pepper(0.5g)
Instructions
- 1Season salmon and sear in olive oil until golden and just cooked. Remove and set aside.
- 2In the same pan, sauté garlic briefly, then add orzo and toast lightly.
- 3Add water or stock and cook orzo until tender.
- 4Stir in cream, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan until glossy and thick.
- 5Return salmon to the pan and spoon sauce over gently.
- 6Finish with basil and black pepper. Serve warm.
