Ingredients

  • 11 fillet Salmon fillet(150g)
  • 21 tablespoon Olive oil(13.5g)
  • 30.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
  • 40.25 teaspoon Black pepper(0.5g)
  • 575 g Orzo pasta(75g)
  • 62 cloves Garlic, minced(6g)
  • 760 ml Double cream(60g)
  • 830 g Spinach(30g)
  • 920 g Sun-dried tomatoes(20g)
  • 1015 g Parmesan, grated(15g)
  • 115 g Fresh basil(5g)
  • 120.25 teaspoon Cracked black pepper(0.5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Season salmon and sear in olive oil until golden and just cooked. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2In the same pan, sauté garlic briefly, then add orzo and toast lightly.
  3. 3Add water or stock and cook orzo until tender.
  4. 4Stir in cream, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan until glossy and thick.
  5. 5Return salmon to the pan and spoon sauce over gently.
  6. 6Finish with basil and black pepper. Serve warm.
