Ingredients

  • 1400 g rib eye steak(400g)
  • 20.75 cup soy sauce(180g)
  • 31 teaspoon white pepper(2g)
  • 42 tablespoon sesame oil(27g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon baking soda(2g)
  • 61 tablespoon honey(21g)
  • 71 teaspoon ginger(5g)
  • 81 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
  • 92 tablespoon black bean sauce(36g)
  • 101 tablespoon brown sugar(12g)
  • 111 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
  • 123 cup broccoli florets(255g)
  • 132 pack ramen noodles(180g)
  • 141.5 cup beef broth(360g)

Instructions

  1. 1Slice rib eye steak into thin strips.
  2. 2Add steak to a bowl and marinate with 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 0.5 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon white pepper, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, combine 0.5 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon white pepper, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 tablespoons black bean sauce, and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Mix to make the sauce.
  4. 4Heat olive oil in a wok over high heat.
  5. 5Add marinated steak to the hot wok and stir-fry until about 50% cooked.
  6. 6Add broccoli florets and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7Pour in the prepared sauce and mix well.
  8. 8Add ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets) and pour in enough beef broth to submerge the noodles (about 1.5 cups).
  9. 9Cover with a lid and steam until noodles are cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  10. 10Stir everything together and serve hot.
