- 12 mango Mangoes, peeled and diced(400g)
- 21 pepper Red bell pepper, thinly sliced(120g)
- 31 onion Red onion, finely sliced(60g)
- 40.5 cucumber English cucumber, sliced(150g)
- 52 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped(8g)
- 62 lime Juice of fresh limes(40g)
- 72 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
- 81 teaspoon Honey or agave syrup(7g)
- 91 pinch Salt and black pepper(1g)
- 101 pinch Chili flakes (optional)(0.5g)
Instructions
- 1Add the peeled and diced mangoes, thinly sliced red bell pepper, finely sliced red onion, and sliced English cucumber to a large mixing bowl.
- 2In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lime juice, olive oil, honey or agave syrup, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- 3Pour the lime dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to coat everything evenly without crushing the mango.
- 4Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and optional chili flakes over the salad.
- 5Chill the mango salad for 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.
