  • 30.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)

  • 52 tablespoon Light soy sauce(30g)
  • 61.5 tablespoon Peanut butter(24g)
  • 73 Spring onion, thinly sliced(45g)
  • 80.5 tablespoon Crispy chilli oil(7g)
  • 91 teaspoon Gochugaru (or mild chilli powder)(2g)
  • 100.5 tablespoon Sesame seeds(4g)
  • 110.5 tablespoon Honey(11g)
  • 121 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar(15g)
  • 130.5 tablespoon Groundnut oil (for noodles)(6.75g)

Instructions

  1. 1Heat 1 teaspoon groundnut oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Add the beef mince and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  3. 3Season the beef with 0.5 teaspoon salt and add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  4. 4Add 1 tablespoon light soy sauce to the beef, stir, and cook for another minute. Set aside.
  5. 5Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  6. 6In a bowl, mix peanut butter, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, spring onion, crispy chilli oil, gochugaru, sesame seeds, honey, rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, and 0.5 tablespoon groundnut oil to make the sauce.
  7. 7Toss the cooked noodles in the sauce until well coated.
  8. 8Add the cooked beef to the noodles and mix well.
  9. 9Serve the noodles topped with sliced cucumber.
