Ingredients

  • 12 cup flour(250g)
  • 22.5 teaspoon baking powder(12g)
  • 30.5 teaspoon baking soda(3g)
  • 40.25 teaspoon salt(1.5g)
  • 51.5 cup sugar(300g)
  • 61 cup milk(240g)
  • 70.75 cup vegetable oil(165g)
  • 83 eggs(150g)
  • 92 teaspoon vanilla extract(8.4g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
  3. 3In another bowl, whisk together the warm milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. 4Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. 5Pour the batter into lined muffin tins, filling each about 2/3 full.
  6. 6Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. 7Let cool before serving.
