- 51.5 cup sugar(300g)
- 61 cup milk(240g)
- 70.75 cup vegetable oil(165g)
- 83 eggs(150g)
- 92 teaspoon vanilla extract(8.4g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
- 3In another bowl, whisk together the warm milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- 4Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- 5Pour the batter into lined muffin tins, filling each about 2/3 full.
- 6Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- 7Let cool before serving.
