Ingredients

  • 14 bread bowl(400g)
  • 24 cup cooked pasta(480g)
  • 32 cup marinara sauce(500g)
  • 41 cup mozzarella cheese(113g)
  • 50.5 cup parmesan cheese(50g)
  • 62 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
  • 72 clove garlic(6g)
  • 80.25 cup fresh basil(6g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2Cut the tops off the bread bowls and hollow out the centers.
  3. 3Brush the insides of the bread bowls with olive oil and rub with minced garlic.
  4. 4In a bowl, mix cooked pasta with marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. 5Spoon the pasta mixture into each bread bowl.
  6. 6Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  7. 7Place filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. 8Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
