Ingredients
- 14 bread bowl(400g)
- 24 cup cooked pasta(480g)
- 32 cup marinara sauce(500g)
- 41 cup mozzarella cheese(113g)
- 50.5 cup parmesan cheese(50g)
- 62 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
- 72 clove garlic(6g)
- 80.25 cup fresh basil(6g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2Cut the tops off the bread bowls and hollow out the centers.
- 3Brush the insides of the bread bowls with olive oil and rub with minced garlic.
- 4In a bowl, mix cooked pasta with marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- 5Spoon the pasta mixture into each bread bowl.
- 6Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- 7Place filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 8Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
