Instructions
1Blend chipotle peppers, garlic, onion, 1 tbsp mayo, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth to make the marinade.
2Coat sliced chicken breasts with half of the marinade (reserve the rest for sauce). Refrigerate up to 2 hours for best flavor.
3Heat a skillet with a drizzle of avocado oil. Cook chicken strips 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
4Mix the reserved marinade with 2 tbsp mayo to make the creamy chipotle sauce. Adjust salt and lime to taste.
5Toss red onion, cucumber, red bell pepper, and parsley with honey, lemon juice, avocado oil, and salt to make the salad.
6Spread chipotle sauce on lavash bread. Add cooked chicken and salad (plus fries if desired). Roll tightly and toast wraps 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
