Zucchini Roll with Ham and Cheese
Ingredients
- 13 zucchini(900g)
- 23 eggs(150g)
- 31 cup shredded mozzarella cheese(110g)
- 44 slice ham (or chicken or turkey)(100g)
- 54 slice cheese slices (cow, sheep, or goat)(80g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2Wash and grate the zucchinis. Place the grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
- 3Transfer the squeezed zucchini to a large bowl. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and eggs. Mix well with clean hands until combined.
- 4Spread the zucchini mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 5Bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden and set.
- 6Remove from the oven and carefully peel off the parchment paper.
- 7Place cheese slices and ham (or chicken/turkey) evenly over the baked zucchini base.
- 8Roll up the zucchini base tightly to form a log.
- 9Return the roll to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F), until the cheese is melted and the roll is golden.
- 10Slice and serve warm.
