Ingredients

  • 13 zucchini(900g)
  • 23 eggs(150g)
  • 31 cup shredded mozzarella cheese(110g)
  • 44 slice ham (or chicken or turkey)(100g)
  • 54 slice cheese slices (cow, sheep, or goat)(80g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2Wash and grate the zucchinis. Place the grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
  3. 3Transfer the squeezed zucchini to a large bowl. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and eggs. Mix well with clean hands until combined.
  4. 4Spread the zucchini mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5Bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden and set.
  6. 6Remove from the oven and carefully peel off the parchment paper.
  7. 7Place cheese slices and ham (or chicken/turkey) evenly over the baked zucchini base.
  8. 8Roll up the zucchini base tightly to form a log.
  9. 9Return the roll to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F), until the cheese is melted and the roll is golden.
