Ingredients

  • 11 piece lavash flatbread(80g)
  • 2200 g ground beef(200g)
  • 30.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 40.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 51 tablespoon vegetable oil(14g)
  • 62 slice cheese slices(40g)
  • 70.5 tomato(50g)
  • 80.25 red onion(25g)
  • 91 pickled cucumber(30g)
  • 102 leaf lettuce leaves(20g)
  • 112 tablespoon sour cream or yogurt(30g)
  • 121 teaspoon French mustard(5g)
  • 130.25 teaspoon paprika(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Lay the lavash flatbread on a clean surface.
  2. 2Evenly spread the ground beef over the lavash.
  3. 3Season the beef with salt and black pepper.
  4. 4Heat a skillet and brush with vegetable oil.
  5. 5Place the lavash with beef side down onto the skillet and cook until golden brown.
  6. 6Flip the lavash and add cheese slices on top of the beef.
  7. 7Cover the skillet and cook for 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
  8. 8Remove the lavash from the skillet.
  9. 9Add sliced tomato, red onion, pickled cucumber, and lettuce leaves on top.
  10. 10Mix sour cream or yogurt with French mustard and paprika to make the sauce.
  11. 11Drizzle the sauce over the filling.
  12. 12Fold the lavash to wrap the filling.
  13. 13Cut the wrap in half and serve.
