- 2200 g ground beef(200g)
- 30.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 40.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 51 tablespoon vegetable oil(14g)
- 62 slice cheese slices(40g)
- 70.5 tomato(50g)
- 80.25 red onion(25g)
- 91 pickled cucumber(30g)
- 102 leaf lettuce leaves(20g)
- 112 tablespoon sour cream or yogurt(30g)
- 121 teaspoon French mustard(5g)
- 130.25 teaspoon paprika(1g)
Instructions
- 1Lay the lavash flatbread on a clean surface.
- 2Evenly spread the ground beef over the lavash.
- 3Season the beef with salt and black pepper.
- 4Heat a skillet and brush with vegetable oil.
- 5Place the lavash with beef side down onto the skillet and cook until golden brown.
- 6Flip the lavash and add cheese slices on top of the beef.
- 7Cover the skillet and cook for 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
- 8Remove the lavash from the skillet.
- 9Add sliced tomato, red onion, pickled cucumber, and lettuce leaves on top.
- 10Mix sour cream or yogurt with French mustard and paprika to make the sauce.
- 11Drizzle the sauce over the filling.
- 12Fold the lavash to wrap the filling.
- 13Cut the wrap in half and serve.
